It is possible to get a special date in the diary, without the fear of losing out. We’re here to help you do it.
At ETG, we have been planning holidays to Asia for 16 years. It’s what we know, and it’s what we do. So, since the pandemic, we’ve thought a lot about how we can help our clients get away safely – physically, emotionally and financially too. Our priority is to keep you one step ahead, regardless of ever-changing guidelines, so that you won’t lose sleep or money over a future holiday.

HOW DO FLEXIBLE TRIPS WORK?
- You pay a 10% fully-refundable deposit when you book your holiday.
- At your balance due date, you can choose to cancel and get your deposit back – no questions asked.
- If you decide to press on, you will still be covered by our COVID-19 Promise up until the day of departure. This means that if you decide not to travel for any reason related to COVID-19 that is not covered by your travel insurance policy, we will refund you in full minus 10% of the total holiday price and any non-recoverable costs such as limited flight offers or villa bookings. We will always ensure you are aware of any non-recoverable costs before we take any payment.

TRANSPARENCY IS KEY
We believe in 100% transparency at every stage of your journey. For that reason, we will not take a payment unless you and your travel consultant are completely happy with the both the holiday itself and the all-important Plan B. Your consultant will make you aware of any unrecoverable costs, such as flights or in-country spending, when it comes to payment. That way, you can make a fully informed choice. The most important terms are your terms, after all.
WHEN CAN YOU BOOK?
We are taking bookings for summer 2021 through to Easter 2023 and even further, too. Discuss the best time to get away with your travel consultant, who can give advice based on your chosen destination’s re-opening plan and the type of experience you’re looking for, too.
